People (HR) Communications Intern

We’re looking to hire a People (HR) Communication Intern to market and design communication materials for local and regional initiatives to drive employer branding and excite external and internal audience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the launch of several employer branding initiatives through coordination and events planning, locally and regionally
• Support employee engagement and communications projects through designing relevant marketing materials to internal employees
• Design the look and feel of internal HR portal containing essential people information.
• Develop recruitment branding materials, including the design of the employer value proposition and the career page
• Develop the content and communication materials around the company’s culture, values and behaviours

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:

• Passion and openness to build people network and collaborate with different stakeholders
• Keen interest in project management, communication materials’ planning and design
• Eye for design and creation of visually pleasing materials
• Passion to engage audience through simplified communication
• Proficiency in any design software will be a plus.
• Creative and innovative mind (we want your bright ideas!)
• High energy level – we work hard and we play hard too!

Requirements:

• Final year undergraduates from any disciplines are welcome to apply. Students from marketing background may have an advantage. 
• Past experience using photo and video design tools or content development platforms 
• Ideally commit to full time for 6 months from November. Potential for conversion into full time if there is a fit.
• Able to commence work immediately or within short notice.
• This role will mainly work remotely in Singapore, with occasional travel to office (north).
