Novelship – Talent Partner Intern

Novelship is seeking a Talent Partner Intern to join our HR department. As a Talent Partner Intern, you will be taking ownership of our talent acquisition process and employer branding strategies. You will be empowered to plan and execute people strategies.

In this role you will:

• Execute and manage end to end recruitment across all business functions
• Manage employer branding initiatives on all platforms (social media, website, offline brand assets etc.)
• Collaborate with Marketing Department for deliverable(s) and collaterals
• Foster campus relationship(s) and collaborations with polytechnics/universities as part of talent acquisition efforts
• Own the employee experience, ensuring smooth and seamless people operations

What we are looking for:

• At least 3 months commitment from July 2020, full-time conversion very favorable
• Mature mindset in a professional setting
• Driven, ambitious and prepared
• Good time management and highly organized
• Ability to create content (infographics/comics/photo editing) is a plus
