As we expand our doors, positions are open across all levels: Cook, Junior Chef de-Partie and Chef de-Partie import fresh ingredients on a weekly basis. As a member of our kitchen team, you will learn the meticulous craft put into the art of Japanese cuisine.
Job Responsibility:
- Support the Sous Chef in ensuring the smooth running of kitchen operations.
- Carry out preparation of dishes and ingredients for the shift.
- Prepare and execute menu dishes to the highest standards.
- Ensure food prepared is consistent and of superior quality.
- Handle all kitchen equipment properly and ensure they are kept in good working condition.
- Carry out daily general kitchen duties; setting up, cleaning of kitchen equipment and workstations, kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas, and trash disposal
- Organize and ensure kitchen space is clean and tidy in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assisting other cooks in preparing food or helping other team members when needed.
- Any other job-related duties requested from senior staff
Requirements:
- Has some professional kitchen experience.
- Ability to Skilfully multitask

Remuneration:
Starting basic salary from 2K/mth for Commis (excl allowance & OT)
The salary will be commensurate with experience and the position you have applied for.
Working Hours:
- 5.5 days work week
- From 1030h to 2200h
- break time from 1500h to 1700h
