We provide International Freight Transportation which provides one stop solution for all customers such as Ocean, Air, Custom Brokerage, Warehousing and Inland Transportation. To facilitate our customers, we provide door to door service for any transportation mode.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Data entry for daily collections received, including administrative functions for daily bank-in transactions and filing.
- Daily monitor and follow-up Outstanding Payment from Local and Overseas Customers through email or calling.
- Weekly report on Debtor Ageing.
- Any other ad-hoc duties required to support the Team
Requirements:
- Undergraduate in Business Administration, Accountancy or any other relevant studies
- Good organizational and co-ordination skills.
- Able to work independently as well as a good team player.
- Good interpersonal, communication and telephone etiquette skills
- Bilingual in English and Chinese, Singaporean/PR.
Working hour: Mon – Fri , 9.00 am to 5.30 pm
Working Period: 15/11/2023 – 12/01/2024
