NTT Data Singapore – Account Executive

• Handles full set of accounts (Includes accounts receivable and payable function)
• Responsible for month-end and year-end closing
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to work on various accounting duties
• Performing reconciliation of accounts
• Verifying financial statements, ledgers and accounts and making corrections where appropriate
• Preparation of monthly accounts’ schedules
• Liaising with auditors for statutory audit
• Ensure compliance with financial and group policies to maintain good internal control system and operational processes for audit review
• Other ad-hoc accounting functions

Job Requirements:

• Recognized Degree or Diploma in Accountancy / Finance / Banking or equivalent
• Strong in Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite productivity tools
• Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining accuracy and integrity of the accounts
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
• Meticulous and diligent with positive working attitudes
• Good time management skill to work under strict timeline
