Job Description
- Manage the daily logging and tracking of incident reports.
- Support the Project Management team with project research, analysis, design and documentation
- Support the Project Management team with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and documentation of the test results
- Facilitate team meetings by documenting meeting minutes, following-up with stakeholders on action/task items
- Work with various stakeholders from across teams within NTT Data Singapore to support the progress of various projects and workstreams
- Assisting administrative support when needed.
Requirements:
- Available from Feb 2023 (minimum commitment of 3 months with possible extension)
- Eager to learn and work with various departments in the company.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask.
- Analytical mindset and methodical approach to problem solving
- Capability to adapt and willingness to learn in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
