The incumbent will help to build a differentiated employer brand and develop moments that matter across the employee lifestyle.
He/ She will need to adopt an integrated suite of channels to improve employee experiences that extend beyond the organization and create a sense of belonging.
He/ She must be able to leverage on technology to deliver effective HR programmes and consistent experience around HR shared services. He/ She must work well in a team environment and also possesses an analytical mind and is eager to solve problems to assist others.
- Responsible for developing and managing the overall employee experience strategy including employee attraction and retention
- Create innovative ways of interacting with employees through multiple channels approach
- Build a corporate culture of great experience and continuous review on value creation
- Leverage a range of skills from employee experience journey mapping to use of employee engagement data to develop action plans leading to a positive service delivery for our clients
- Engage and build a collegial networking relationship with relevant stakeholders such as community partnership, Grassroots organisations, health and educational institutions to develop collaborative projects
- Review the range of HR services against existing delivery channels to identify opportunities for continuous improvement of service quality and efficiency
- Define and develop key-metrics and priorities that measure the impact and effectiveness of HR Services
- Provide project management expertise to ensure HR performance metrics and projects are on track
Qualifications
- Degree in business administration and human resources management will be an advantage
- Work experience in development and implementation of HR shared services models, employee engagement and well-being
- Proficient in Google Suite, MS Excel and PowerPoint
- High learning and people agility
- Good communicator
- Passionate to serve the seniors
- Service & people-oriented
- Strong business writing skills
