Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a full-time contract staff or intern. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing Grants data from various Letters of Award (LOAs), contracts and other sources to support audit compliance, management reporting, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze LOAs/contracts to extract relevant data points, including key terms, obligations, and deadlines. Input and maintain accurate data in our database.
  • Identify discrepancies or missing information in LOAs/contracts and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Assist in developing and refining data collection processes and templates for efficiency.
  • May be required to perform additional duties as requested.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate specialising in Accountancy, Business or IT. All other courses are welcome as well.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently.
