Job Description

As an HR intern, you will gain hands-on experience across various HR functions, including HR operations, talent attraction, employee engagement, and other key areas. You will also contribute to initiatives that support both business and people-related goals.

You may:

  • Assist with recruitment activities, including coordinating interviews and candidate communications.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing materials, scheduling orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives such as company events, employee surveys, and wellness programs.
  • Maintain and update HR records, databases, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Collaborate with different HR teams on learning and development, talent management, and other strategic HR projects.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

You are:

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree or diploma in Human Resource, Business, Psychology, or a related field
  • A team player with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Proficient in Google Suite applications.
