Programme Description:
Adopting a blended learning approach through education (10%), exposure (20%) and experience (70%):
- Structured modular training

Specific Responsibilities:
- Job rotations in Senior Cluster Network/Residential Care settings
- Senior Cluster Network settings consist of planning, operations and volunteer Management
- Residential Care settings consist of 24 hours medical and nursing care, respite care, allied health care, case management, care concierge, and programme planning
- Have the opportunity to be groomed to supervisor level with excellent performance
- Actively liaise with clients and other stakeholders to provide excellent quality of care
- Support our daily operations smoothly and perform incident management protocols
- Constantly review SOPs with cross-functional teams to improve and optimize plans for operations
- Actively participate in quality improvement projects and develop sustainable initiatives together with our business teams while continuing to deliver a delightful client experience
- Support in the execution of designated emergency response tasks
Technical Skills and Competencies:
- Combination of Functional, Personal Development & Leadership
Qualifications
- ITE/ Diploma certificate
- Okay with travelling islandwide, if required
- Disciplines in community care & social services, health promotion and management, business, arts and social science.
- Excellent Co-Curricular Activities track record
