Fast track from a Trainee to a Community Care Manager* under NTUC Health's Talent Accelerator Programme (TAP)!
Within the 2-year TAP, gain broader perspectives in the Community Care sector through 2 rotations (3 months each) within NTUC Health, and pick up new skills, knowledge, and experiences through structured modular training, accelerated exposure and hands-on opportunities.
You will, among other deliverables:
- Actively participate in quality improvement projects and develop sustainable initiatives in collaboration with our business teams while delivering a delightful client experience
- Liaise with clients and other stakeholders to provide excellent quality of care
- Review SOPs with cross-functional teams to improve and optimise operations
- Support daily operations and perform incident management protocols
- Support in the execution of designated emergency response tasks
NTUC Health will:
- Sponsor the last year of your poly studies (if you are a student in your final year of study)
- Offer tailored guidance and training in a selected area of specialisation
- Ensure that you explore and experience a wide variety of job roles within NTUC Health
- Invite strong performers to apply for scholarship to further studies upon completion of TAP
*4 years instead of 8 - 9 years, subject to individual performance and potential
Qualifications
You should be from the following disciplines (gerontology, community care & social services, health promotion and management, business, or arts & social science) and be
- Local Poly students in the final year of study
- Local Polytechnic Diploma with a max. of 2 years of working experience
It would be great if you have:
- An excellent Co-Curricular Activities track record
- Volunteer experiences in the community
