Job Description
- Prepare the logistics of the group volunteer activities at the centres
- Assist with content management such as the company's website, social media accounts, and update case studies on the local content page
- Assist to update the volunteer information and activities in the volunteer management system
- Coordinate with group volunteers and staff to bring seniors out for external events
- Prepare post-event/campaign reports - Update EDMs for partners & seniors Job requirements
- Pursue a Diploma/Degree in Mass Communication or Marketing - Creative, tech-savvy, attention to detail and resourceful
- Multi-tasking and able to meet tight deadlines
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in G-Suite applications, Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
- May require to perform additional tasks as requested
