As part of the Legal Team, you are responsible to assist in assessing legal risks, providing comprehensive and sound legal advice in all matters affecting the organisation and its subsidiaries. This includes handling commercial/corporate work including drafting and corporate litigation and reviewing legal documents to ensure that they are in compliance with legal requirements and relevant statutes, assisting to handle and advise on insurance claims.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Assist to research law and draft opinions on different areas of law such as insurance law, data protection law and laws on financial advisory services as well as MAS guidelines
  • Commercial contracts - assist in drafting and vetting and related research
  • Insurance claims – assist to research, draft advice and handle insurance claims and litigation
  • Provide legal support in our digital and technology insurance business
Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Law Undergrads who have completed Year 2 or Year 3 of Bachelor of Laws course
  • Proficient in English language
  • Meticulous with a keen eye for detail
  • Good research & writing skills
  • Team player
