- Course Page Creation – Creates product landing page and links for registration and enquiries
- Corporate Website Maintenance – Handles the updating of products content information and imageries
- Outreach Efforts - Work with internal/external stalkholders to create/adapt digital, social and physical promotional collaterals for outreach and publicity
- Customers Service – Response to customers enquiries and feedback through digital and social channels
- Lead Management – Consolidate and upload leads through social media onto Hubspot for leads tracking and follow up. Direct Messaging is not directly integrated to HubSpot
- Procurement Management - Handles procurement submissions and documentation
- Any other adhoc duties required
Requirements:
- Currently studying Diploma/Degree in Marketing or equivalent
- Able to commit for at least 4 months
- Well-equipped to work from home (possess wifi at home)
