NTUC LearningHub – Associate Trainer Finance Management

• We are looking for enthusiastic, professional trainer to deliver finance management training.
• The ideal candidate possesses a strong customer service ethic, exceptional facilitation skills, displays creativity and agility, handles ambiguity with ease, and understands the core strengths of design thinking training
• Set up, administer, and assist with maintaining classroom equipment
• Conduct training needs analysis for customers
• Able to coach participants with their finance management strategies
• Able to simply financial terms to a layperson

Qualifications

• Must have a WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) or WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP)
• At least 5 years of working experience
• At least 2 years of experience training adult learners in Finance Management
• Strong critical thinking and creative skills with a passion for complex problem solving and translating vague information into tangible results
• Excellent creative, analytical, and ideation skills
• Strong core consulting skills, including: ability to craft compelling and actionable strategies, meeting and workshop development, management and facilitation, storytelling, writing and presentation development, ideation and concept development, stakeholder interviewing and relationship development, insights development and data analysis
• Ability to engage learners and provide fun while imparting values through the use of games and activities
• Able to coach learners in the following topics:
  • Financial Statements
  • Cash Operating Cycle
  • Costing
  • Budgeting
  • Return on Investment (ROI)
  • Digital platforms to receive, send and refund money to clients, customers and/or suppliers
  • Taxation
  • Foreign exchange implications
