NTUC LearningHub was corporatised in 2004 with the vision of transforming the lifelong employability of working people. As a Total Learning Solutions provider to organisations, we also forge partnerships and provide a wide range of relevant end-to-end training solutions and work constantly to improve our training quality and delivery.
NTUC LearningHub is looking for a self-motivated and creative Intern to join our Marketing team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging content on the TikTok platform. The ideal candidate should have a knack for creative solutions that are customer centric and have proven track records of working independently. As a Marketing Intern, you should perform well under deadlines and be eager to drive new content solutions.
- Support in the development and implementation of content on the NTUC LearningHub TikTok platform. This includes shooting and editing the videos to be featured on the NTUC LearningHub TikTok platform.
- Ability to identify with the latest TikTok trends and initiate content solutions that resonate with the target audience.Ability to work with cross-channel teams where needed:
- Marketing – Great team player who is able to work closely with the Marketing team to provide support where needed. This includes developing content that will support marketing campaigns, and also supporting in post-campaign reporting.
- Product Divisions – Work closely with the Product Division to understand Business needs, project requirements, and support in the development and implementation of appropriate content on TikTok.
- Sales Channels – Work with the Sales Channels to understand the gaps and improve on marketing initiatives that will drive traffic to NTUC LearningHub Branches, Sales Centres and roadshow locations.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess adequate experience with content creation and management on TikTok platforms.
- Candidate should share their portfolios in application for this internship.
- Experience in managing internal stakeholders.
- Meticulous with strong interpersonal skills, with a passion for customer centric communications.
- Great team player with a passion to drive creative solutions and efficiency.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision would be an added benefit to the success of this role
