Job Responsibilities
- Attend to transfer requests
- Call trainees who discontinue or cancel class
- Call trainees whose classes are cancelled by us due to low enrolment
- Follow up with interested trainees
- Assist in the uploading of documents; per registration(course)
Job Requirements
- Possess O/N/A Levels, Nitec or Diploma in any field
- Able to commit for at least 3 months
- Able to work independently on the task given
- Able to handle multitask and meticulous
- Proficiency in IT, Microsoft Office and Email
