Job Description

Technical Business Analyst (X2)


  • Arrange the system requirement meetings with business users, vendors and stakeholders for product roadmap, operational issues.
  • Assist the team in drafting business requirement documentation and presentation slides.
  • Track the issues and obstacles facing in the product/project assigned & mitigate project risks.
  • Analyse requirements and reverse-engineering documents from legacy system, to design and implement and improve processes in the application solution.
  • Adopt SDLC with Agile best practices to deliver applications according to business needs and relevant IT policies.
  • Support PMO and business users for business gathering, conducting UATs managing change processes and verifications.
  • Provide and share technical knowledge to other team members.
  • Processes project management and vendor management for application development and application maintenance experience skills.
  • Have business analysis experience in interacting with stakeholders.
  • Evaluate business needs, recommend and design solutions for the betterment of productivity and efficiency of the organisation with the use of information technology at all the clubs so as to increase members’ convenience and bring organization services to meet the business needs.
  • Ensures business continuity as well as responsible for the day-to-day smooth functioning and availability of key operation systems such as finance, membership, bookings and registrations etc.
  • Provide consultancy, training, guidance and support to management and staff on system business applications as well as integration.
  • Document key IT procedures and standards to meet ISO 9001 requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of IT strategies to align with the organisational strategies.
  • Work with projects and infrastructure teams to ensure prompt and timely delivery of IT services and system.
  • Any other tasks / responsibilities assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years in designing, developing and implementing applications
  • Degree in computer science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge and experience in migration, integration and deployments aspects.
  • Understand system backend to frontend architecture and proficient in UML drawing.
  • Good experience in Agile software development, knowledge of project management and DevOps practices is a plus.
  • Project Management and analytical skills (able to translate business requirements into technical documents);
  • Experience creating prototypes, executing pilot projects, designing and revamping integration architectures, implementing end-to-end solutions
  • Ability to work independently, plan and provide system solution
  • Ability to manage a application team, stakeholders and vendors
  • Writing of technical documentation • Good analytical skill, writing and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, a team player
  • Able to work in a fast pace environment
