We are growing our members each and everyday, to empower women through workshops, seminars, events, webinars, consultation, to build connections through networking and to create job and business opportunities for them.
Reporting to the CEO of a new start-up, managing all sales & marketing activities and all other administrative matters relating to the marketing activities.
1a. Planning and executing all marketing activities for the company including training, workshops and webinars from end-to-end.
b. Manage all social media accounts for the company.
c. Working with partners, members, vendors to develop marketing ideas to promote their product and services online and offline. d. Manage all administrative and logistical arrangements relating to the marketing activities.
e. Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the CEO.
2a. Conduct markets profiling and identify potential market segments as consumer profiles
i. Select markets for profiling to meet requirements of marketing plans
ii. Identify sources of information for segmenting and profiling markets in accordance with the marketing and/or media plans
iii. Describe total and selected markets and identified market segments as consumer profiles
b. Analyse information on market trends and industry developments, interpret future potential demands and produce reports to present findings
i. Analyse market trends and industry developments i
ii. Analyse findings or report of market trends and industry developments on impact on business strategies or business operations strategies
iii. Prepare reports to present findings
c. Manage activities to carry out marketing activities, develop business proposals for new opportunities and recommend methods to market products or services through inferences from findings
i. Determine sources of information for identification of market trends and developments
ii. Identify potential opportunities and threats
iii. Report market findings (opportunities and threats) and make recommendations on marketing activities to management, partners, members and vendors in accordance with organisational procedures.
iv. Develop metrics to measure success of marketing activities.
