Overall Job ScopeThe Food Science Intern at Nut Culture will gain an incredible amount of hands-on experience and gain an in-depth insight into R&D, food application and production in the food industry.Specific Roles & Responsibilities:Research and develop new products Research on the relevant ingredients and understand how each ingredient affects the properties of the product Refine recipe for mass production Research and develop new packaging to extend shelf life of our products naturally Assist in carrying out food application trialsPerform production of plant-based foods (including maintaining and cleaning of the production space) Assist in reviewing the production processSourcing for alternative ingredients or suppliers Who we are looking for: Currently pursuing a degree in food science or equivalent Meticulous and detail oriented Flexible mindset Able to commit for at least 4 monthsMust be Singapore Citizen / Permanent Resident
