This is a multifaceted role that blends design thinking, software development, and electrical engineering to create, enhance, and implement software solutions for our product line. You will be responsible for the entire development process—from conceptualization to deployment—while integrating hardware and software components seamlessly. There is also an opportunity to convert to full-time employment upon graduation.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Design Thinking & Product Development: Apply design thinking methodologies to conceptualize and refine new product iterations.Conduct feedback sessions to gather user insights and enhance product functionality.Develop sketches, models, and prototypes to visualize and test design concepts.
2) PCB Design & Assembly: Design printed circuit boards (PCBs) and integrate electronic components.Collaborate with PCBA manufacturers to oversee production, testing, and iterative redesigns.
3) Programming & Logic Design Develop software using NI LabVIEW or similar platforms to create functional, scalable programs for our product line.Implement logical control systems to optimize performance and efficiency.
4) Electrical Works & Onsite Assembly: Perform soldering and wiring tasks essential for assembling and maintaining our products. Ensure high-quality electrical assembly and integration for seamless product functionality. This role is ideal for those who thrive at the intersection of hardware and software, with a passion for innovation and hands-on problem-solving. Part-Time University Interns are welcome. Opportunities to convert to full-time employment upon graduation.
