Job Description
  • In charge of front desk admin including handle of enquiries, management of centre operations including schedule, emails, minutes and basic account

  • Processing applications and payments, as well as maintaining database

  • In charge of proper and organised filing, documentation and archiving of forms as well as managing other necessary administrative paperwork

  • Ensuring the tidiness, orderliness and neatness of the office

  • Generating and updating daily, weekly, monthly reports for the management

  • Order stationery, pantry supplies, office equipment and all purchases

  • Maintain office condition and arranging necessary repairs and maintenance

  • Manage office reception - mails, open letterbox and general support to visitors

  • Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data

  • To liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning and IT services

  • To ensure office inventories such as furnitures, equipments, computers and Laptops are accounted for

  • Ensure the cleanliness of the Office Pantry and Storeroom.

  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
