Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Relationship Building:
- Assist in identifying and engaging prospective clients through networking and outreach efforts.
- Participate in meetings with clients to understand their financial goals and offer support in crafting financial plans
Financial Planning & Advisory Support:
- Help prepare tailored financial plans, including insurance, savings, and investment strategies.
- Research financial products, market trends, and industry updates to enhance advisory services
Sales & Business Development:
- Generate leads and follow up with potential clients to expand the client base.
- Assist in marketing campaigns and events that promote financial advisory services.
Administrative & Operational Support:
- Support documentation, reports, and policy submissions.
- Maintain organized client data, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 21 years old
- Singaporean/PR
- Local Diploma/Degree and above in any field of study
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for helping others.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and proactive in a dynamic environment.
- Analytical thinking with great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Sales background would be helpful although not essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
