Part-time Admin Assistant (Immediate Position)**
Follow up with Managers on documents required
Setting up and maintaining system of constant communication with customers/clients
Assisting in sourcing for gifts and activities to value-add to customers/clients to maintain relationships
Helping to consolidate details and executing events at physical venues or online
Drafting of letters and correspondences with clients during special holidays and anniversaries
Helping with documentation of meetings and presentation slides
Organizing Agency events and activities
Documenting expenses and tracking of finances of Managers
• Requirements
Minimum local Diploma awarded by a recognized polytechnic or tertiary education level bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Minimum 21 years old and above
Singaporeans/Singapore PRs ONLY
Proactive and able to work independently
Able to work under pressure or tight deadlines
Creative and energetic
Excellent at Microsoft Office Tools
