We are now looking for a detailed-oriented administrative assistant to support the HR department. Key responsibilities
- Managing full spectrum of administrative and HR duties
- Assist in entire cycle of recruitment from job advertisement to exit interviews
- Conduct onboarding and off-boarding processes
- Updating and maintenance of employees’ benefits, MC, annual leave & responsible for all employee-related claims
- Providing administrative support in organizing company activities and/or events
- Preparation of monthly payroll, CPF submissions and NSmen claims
- Ensuring compliance of HR practices with MOM employment laws and advising management on necessary actions
- Handle foreign worker matters (i.e. payroll, work pass applications renewal and/or cancellation etc)
- Ensuring effective and efficient execution of HR policies within the organization
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
- Perform data entry and scan documents
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems or HR enquiries
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
- Maintain office supplies for department
- Ad-hoc administrative duties and HR projects as assigned by supervisor
- Support any other company administrative duties which might not be listed above
Requirements
- Singaporeans / PR only
- Job type: Full-time (Permanent)
- Minimum 1 year of prior administrative experience is preferred
- Solid oral and written communications skills
- Confident and resourceful with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Detailed-oriented and ability to manage time well
- Good attitude with a proactive spirit
- Ability to take on pressure and work under tight schedules and deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office e.g. Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Experience in G-suite
