· Managing the full spectrum of HR encompassing HR Processes & Tools, Recruitment & Selection, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits and Employee Relations / Industrial Relations, and other HR related administration functions.
·To motivate and cultivate a positive workplace environment and ensure development of talent pools in the organizations by establishment of effective employee training and development program.
·Provide guidance on Industrial Relations and IR frameworks. Act as an advisor / resource to the Company on labour related issues and represent the Company on IR / Labour issues, Labour Office, IR Office and Industrial Courts.
·To manage HR functions in ensuring quality, efficiency and compliance objectives are met.
· Plan and coordinate career movement for potential employees in line with the business requirements of the company
· Implement HR policies and Company's procedures for operations excellence.
· Design and implement employee retention strategies and adequate action plans.
· Oversee, coordinate and participate in recruitment and staff selection.
