Being an intern at Occasions means you will be a fully integrated member of our business team. You will rotate around different departments during a 24 week paid, full-time internship. You will be assigned an intern manager who will help identify project goals, inspire, mentor you and support your professional development. In addition, you will participate in our events to ensure you have a productive experience at Occasions that helps you grow both your personal and professional skills.
This Internship is open to students from all academic disciplines.
Responsibility:
- Handle enquiries, plan and propose quotations based on client's requirements
- Conduct site visits, pre-event planning with Operations and Kitchen department
- Propose, plan and confirm orders with good follow up skills
Requirements:
- Positive, cheerful, pro-active and an enthusiastic team player
- Target driven & customer orientated
- Presentable with excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Strong accounts servicing skills with proven track records
Minimum qualifications:
- Enrolled in a full time Bachelor's program or fresh graduates looking for experience in the F&B Industry
- Ability to speak and write in English
