Job Description

 Assistant Producer (Short Film Project)

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Assistant Producer to support our team in the production of an upcoming short film. The ideal candidate will work closely with the producer and director to ensure smooth operations throughout pre-production and filming.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing key aspects of the production, including casting, location scouting, script breakdowns, and scheduling.

- Support the producer and director during filming, ensuring all production needs are met on set.

- Book and coordinate production facilities, equipment, and other necessary resources.

- Work with the team to execute a successful three-day shoot, ensuring all logistics/creative are handled efficiently.

 

Requirements:

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing circumstances.

- Excellent communication skills for liaising with cast, crew, and vendors.

- Experience in film or media production is a plus but not required.
