Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prop Sourcing & Management – Identify, acquire, and prepare all necessary props required for each scene, ensuring they align with the director’s vision and script requirements.
  • On-Set Prop Handling – Manage and maintain props during filming, ensuring continuity and smooth transitions between scenes.
  • Collaboration with Art & Production Teams – Work closely with the director, production designer, and set decorators to enhance the visual appeal of the drama.
  • Budgeting & Inventory Tracking – Keep track of all props, manage the prop budget, and ensure timely procurement and return of rented or borrowed items.
  • Problem-Solving on Set – Adapt quickly to last-minute changes, ensuring props are available and functioning as needed.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in prop handling, set design, or art direction (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for historical, cultural, and artistic accuracy.
  • Ability to source and create props creatively, sometimes on a tight budget.
  • Organized and resourceful, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment and adapting to changes on set.
  • Availability for the entire production period.
