About Our Internship Program
Octava Digital Assets Internship is a 10+ weeks program for students interested in working in the crypto space.
- Hands on experience with the full investment cycle on live active deals, from initial deal sourcing to funding
- We’ll challenge you by putting you on live deals and discussions – the best opportunity for you to learn and grow
- Gain exposure to numerous focus areas such as NFTs, DeFi, GameFi etc.
Job Description
The Role
- Sourcing and Qualification
- Outreach and ongoing communication with founders and CEOs
- Identifying and nurturing venture capital investment opportunities
- Evaluating investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and preparing investment memos
What You Will Need to Demonstrate
- Ability to communicate and sell new ideas and strategy insights clearly to internal stakeholders
- Team player with strong leadership skills - you take ownership of your responsibilities within the team and have a net positive effect on your teammates
- Great work ethic and attention to detail
- A structured mindset and the ability to think critically and independently
- A hands-on and self-starter working style
Your Background
- A strong passion for cryptocurrencies and its surrounding ecosystems
- Experience in financial modelling and data analysis
- Crypto experience in an investing and/or operating capacity is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- We are looking for candidates that are eager to understand how evolving industries create opportunities and business models that will thrive in future markets
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, Economics, or a technical field preferred, students awaiting matriculation into university are welcome to apply
- Must be able to commit to a minimum duration of 3 months
