Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the daily Human Resource operations including but not limited to talent acquisition, employee compensation and benefits, learning and development
  • Draft or/and disseminate HR and company information
  • Handle or/and escalate HR/admin/organisation related request or query
  • Supporting in recruitment processes
  • Sourcing for candidates through job portals, social media etc.
  • Filtering and interviewing potential candidates for job matching
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with candidates
  • Coordinate and schedule interview sessions
  • Coordinate HR related activity between vendor/service provider
  • Prepare and process new hires employment offers, issuance of work equipment and on-boarding process
  • Support in setting-up and maintenance of employee p-files documents etc.
  • Participate in other ad-hoc work as assigned
