I. Consumer Survey & Market Intelligence
- Conduct consumer research (face to face, online and focus group)
- Gather brand information – FreshKon® and competitors’ (from retail ground) – new product launch, new campaigns, promotion, etc.
- Gathering feedback on promotion mechanic/activities and competitors’ promo response
- Trade survey
II. Support Online and Digital Marketing Activities
- Support online and digital marketing activities planning, execution, tracking and reporting
III. Marketing Campaigns/Activities Support
- Support the planning, execution, tracking and reporting of marketing campaigns/activities
IV. Marketing Administration & Operation
- Operation of marketing administration (e.g. preparing vouchers, membership kits, lenses requisition & redemption, data compilation and tabulation, sorting and tracking of marketing materials, contacting respondents/winners and etc.)
V. Sales Administration & Operation
- Operation of sales administration and sales support functions
