Job Description

We are seeking an intern to support our investment team across diverse projects. The selected candidate will receive guidance and support to enhance their knowledge, skills and abilities.

The intern will primarily support the desk research, information synthesis, project management and administrative tasks.

Some specific activities will include :

  • Conducting desk research to develop insights for Regional and Singapore projects
  • Maintaining stakeholders and partners database
  • Supporting event management for upcoming events hosted or supported by the Foundation.
  • Developing presentation material , meeting minutes
  • Admin support related to regional grantees and partners
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time related to the overall work of the foundation.

The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in research and information synthesis. They should be motivated to explore issues, challenges and solutions related to promoting equitable education for all children and have some background in research and analysis.

Requisite skills: 

  • Undergraduate or Graduate students pursuing a relevant field, such as public policy, international development or business management.
  • Intellectual curiosity, with highly analytical, organized and meticulous research skills.
  • Proficiency in MS office or similar software suites, such as Google Workspace, with a focus on database creation and presentation development.
  • Strong critical thinking skills, and the ability to quickly learn unfamiliar topics to produce deliverables, even with occasionally unclear input.
  • Demonstrates initiative and flexibility, and the ability to manage confidential information with complete discretion.
  • A team player with clear and effective communication skills, capable of working well with individuals at all levels within an organization.
