Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up closely with inbound leads via call/email until they sign up
  • Coordinate with offshore onboarding team to ensure settings and information are accurate as per what was provided by the restaurant
  • Crafting and sharing of content on best practices with restaurants that will help drive usage of the products
  • Conduct online and on-premise customer training on how to use our products
  • Providing after-sales support during the incubation period
  • Able to simplify problems that are raised by restaurants and suggest appropriate solutions
  • Preparation, configuration and on-site installation of hardware
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks as requested by country manager

Requirements

  • Minimally a Diploma holder
  • Highly communicative and approachable
  • Driven, enthusiastic and willing to go the extra mile to support restaurant partners
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking merchants
  • Meticulous and attention to details
  • Customer service experience in any Tech company will be a plus
