Responsibilities:
- Follow up closely with inbound leads via call/email until they sign up
- Coordinate with offshore onboarding team to ensure settings and information are accurate as per what was provided by the restaurant
- Crafting and sharing of content on best practices with restaurants that will help drive usage of the products
- Conduct online and on-premise customer training on how to use our products
- Providing after-sales support during the incubation period
- Able to simplify problems that are raised by restaurants and suggest appropriate solutions
- Preparation, configuration and on-site installation of hardware
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as requested by country manager
Requirements
- Minimally a Diploma holder
- Highly communicative and approachable
- Driven, enthusiastic and willing to go the extra mile to support restaurant partners
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking merchants
- Meticulous and attention to details
- Customer service experience in any Tech company will be a plus
