What you will do
Pre-Sales
- Conduct research on merchant brands to gather relevant information for the Sales team
- Build Virtual Lounges (VL) based on standard requirements, including promotions or sets, signature items, and profiles of chefs/sommeliers
- Set up Rewards Programs tailored to merchant's needs
After-Sales
- Refine Virtual Lounges and Rewards Programs
- Design and set up collaterals based on guidelines/templates
- Liaise with vendors for printing and production of collaterals
- Deploy marketing materials and hardware at restaurant locations
- Set up and arrange delivery of hardware to restaurants
Who we're looking for
- Highly disciplined, have a strong sense of responsibility and a drive to succeed as a team
- Ability to command an audience during deployments and training sessions at restaurant premises
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and use new software
- Meticulous and attention to details
- Driven, enthusiastic and willing to go the extra mile to support restaurant partners
- Able to commit at least 3 months on a full-time basis
- Eligibility to work or commit to an internship in Singapore as the company is not able to sponsor work visas for overseas candidates
