Job Description

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Management team in day-to-day admin & financial support
• Issuance of cost estimates (CE), purchase orders (PO) and all other financial matters – record keeping.
• Presentation templates & design
• Third party liaison
• Co-ordinate meetings – F&B and resource booking
• Logistic support/co-ordination for key meetings involving senior management
• General office admin support

Requirements

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organization skills and excellent attention to details
• Ability to multi-task and work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
