Responsibilities
Assist Client teams on day-to-day administration and financial paperwork
Issue cost estimates (CE), purchase orders (PO) as well as record keeping
Coordinate and compile content and creative work from other offices in the O&M network
Maintain a central digital library of content and creative assets
Support teams in liaising with third parties eg. Event location queries and bookings
Support teams in coordinating meetings on Ogilvy premises eg. F&B arrangements and resource bookings
Logistics support and coordination for key senior level Ogilvy meetings
General office admin support
Secretarial support when required
Support in developing presentation templates & design
Requirements
Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to details
Ability to multi-task and work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
