Job Description

Role: Internship as Assistant to Head of Operations

Reporting to: Head of Operations

Do you love bringing order to chaos? If you've always wanted to experience what it would be like to work in a dynamic creative environment, but were afraid you didn't have the right skills, here is your opportunity!

We are looking for a bold, diligent individual with buckets of common sense. You will be assistant to the Head of Operations, supporting the project manager to make smooth sailing a daily reality. Tech savvy candidates are needed in this creative environment as you will be using a variety of online services and tools.

We need someone with initiative and smarts to find out how to do what you don't already know. Love organising events? You are perfect for helping to co-ordinate meetings, workshops, and other team activities. Other duties include preparing timesheets, expense claims, recording actions from meetings and follow ups with forgetful folks.

Advanced MS Excel skills and Microsoft Project are a definite advantage. Otherwise we’ll see how quickly you can master building project timelines and maintaining work plans for multiple ongoing projects.

You will also have opportunities to explore the solutions for new creative ideas to be produced & executed. If you desire, you could be part of the team producing the idea.

Job requirements – we are looking for applicants with:

· Confident Excel, Word & Powerpoint skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Sound judgment in establishing priorities and meeting deadlines

· Good time management and able to handle multiple tasks at the same time

· A sense of urgency, demonstrating ability to get things done

· Strong attention to detail/follow through

· A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure

· A self-starter who is able to work with minimum supervision

· Good communications skills

· Technology literacy
