About the role - Singapore based:
Ogury is currently hiring for an Ad Ops Manager to join the APAC team on a permanent basis, based in Singapore. This is an opportunity to be in an autonomous position where you will optimise client campaigns through Ogury’s proprietary data, and our multiple formats, various KPIs (CPV, CPC, post click, etc.), multiple environment products, in a company which is growing every year. This role consists of programming mobile campaigns and detecting any issues as soon as possible to optimise communication with internal and external stakeholders.
You will find new ways to optimise performance, margin and delivery. This is a fast paced environment, where you will be required to understand new products (Programmatic, Brand Safety, Viewability). We are looking for a fast learner of new formats, mobile and programmatic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Programming, monitoring and optimising campaigns in order to reach maximal performance
- Ensuring accurate tracking by comparing internal and client reports
- Using 3rd party tracking to optimise performance such as Moat, IAS, DV, DAR
- Providing extensive feedback and reports on campaign performance and delivery
- Deeply analysing data in order to be proactive in your campaign optimisations, and to give more insights to the sales team
- Working with sales and account managers to maximise upweight and rebooking as well as, supporting the sales and the client about our technology and the technical feasibility
About You:
** right to work in Singapore
- Previous experience with digital campaign troubleshooting and optimisation
- Business/Economics/IT/Engineering academic backgrounds would be considered
- Previous experience in Digital Advertising/AdTech is preferred but not essential
- Excel knowledge and practice of DCM, VAST, VPAID tag, Jira or other ticketing system, SQL (Tableau, Metabase), Redshift would be a plus
- Google Ad Manager (GAM), as well as 3rd party ad servers (DV 360, Sizmek, Flashtalking, Celtra) (desirable)
- Good start-up mentality - you are a quick and autonomous learner
- Fluency in English
