Job Purpose
Works with both clients and other departments within the contract logistics provider organization to ensure that client orders are processed correctly and on-time. Coordinates with agents or other departments on customer logistics services requests and maintains records on systems to ensure order tracking. Assists in customer payment arrangements with finance. Reports customer complaints on loss/delays and other issues in a timely manner.

4. Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports to customer
5. Assist in sending invoices to customer
6. Assist in file archiving

- Possess good attitude, willingness to learn and take on duties as assigned
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
Formal Education
- GCE A Levels/ Diploma in any discipline
