Job Description

Responsibilities

1) Content creation and management

Supporting the department and internal stakeholders’ (HR, Commercial, Business Development team etc) directly to develop digital and non-digital content e.g. for project presentations and initiatives, marketing collaterals, promotional materials and social media platform.

Create content which include conceptualising, coordinating with relevant AMs, on copywriting, information, design, and developing media formats/output using:

  • Adobe Illustrator/ Photoshop
  • Adobe Premiere/After Effects
  • Microsoft Office

Drive and execute internal committees’ initiatives/campaigns that includes project proposals, volunteer activities/events as well as the festive invites and events. This could include assisting the relevant committees with their communications, visual execution and awareness drive, etc

2) Media/Crisis management

Work with account managers to brainstorm, plan, and provide support with content/materials on the above-mentioned.

3) Event management

Assist in activity/program management such as organisation’s internal events Town Hall meetings, employer/employee engagements etc, as well as assisting in the promotion and participation of volunteering initiatives.

4) Intranet

Manage, plan and develop content/news/visuals/videos for the organisation’s resource page (intranet). Research and recommend topics and update up-to-date activities for awareness and content sharing globally.

5) Research work

Work with account managers to research on new topics and ideas/initiatives for content/ proposals/ etc.

6) Account management

Support department manager(s) with the management of our internal stakeholders and support functions including event/project management, design, vendor liaisons, and any other administrative tasks.

 

Major Deliverables

  • Delivery in effective communication ensuring clarity and transparency.
  • Maintain corporate identity with consistent alignment/style of messaging and visual formats.

 

Required Knowledge and Skills

  • Clear communication and presentation skills
  • Technical (Software Skill) Use of relevant programs to execute project, communicating with data
  • Research and critical thinking

 

Formal Education

  • At least a Diploma in Communication related studies from a renowned Polytechnic.

 

Please note

  • Lunch is provided in the Office on Weekdays
  • Transport is provided from Jurong East MRT to the Office in Jurong Island. (To and Fro)
  • Working Hours: 0830 - 1700 Hours, Monday to Friday
  • Internship Allowance: $800/Month
