Job Description

Market & Product Research Assistant

Industry Focus: Ice Cream and Bakery

Position Summary:The Market & Product Research Assistant will support the team in gathering and analyzing market data, tracking industry trends, and assisting in product research for the ice cream and bakery segments. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals eager to build a career in market research and product development within the food and beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research Support:

    • Assist in collecting and organizing data on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
    • Conduct basic research on the ice cream and bakery industries to identify new opportunities.
  2. Product Research Assistance:

    • Support the product team in evaluating product ideas and conducting customer feedback surveys.
    • Help maintain records of product performance and customer reviews.
  3. Data Management:

    • Organize and manage market research data for easy access and reporting.
    • Create simple charts and summaries to present findings to the team.
  4. Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the research team to ensure tasks are completed on time.
    • Assist in coordinating with external agencies for surveys or focus group studies when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Basic understanding of market research methods and tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Singaporean and PR only.
