Job Description

 Sales Executive (Existing Accounts)

Position Summary:The Sales Executive (Existing Accounts) is responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with current clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and addressing their needs. The role involves following up on promotions, handling client inquiries, and supporting ongoing sales activities to drive customer retention and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Account Management:

    • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Regularly communicate with clients to address their needs and resolve issues promptly.
  2. Promotion Follow-Up:

    • Follow up on ongoing and upcoming promotions, ensuring clients are informed and engaged.
    • Monitor the success of promotions and gather client feedback for improvements.
  3. Client Support:

    • Respond to client inquiries regarding products, pricing, and order status.
    • Provide solutions to client concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
  4. Sales Coordination:

    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
    • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on client needs.
  5. Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
    • Prepare regular updates and reports on account performance for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related role (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills may also apply).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Singaporean and PR only.
