OJJ Foods is one of the largest processors and distributors of chilled and frozen pork in Singapore. It supplies pork in bulk and consumer-friendly packs to major supermarkets under their house brands, established brand name restaurant chains as well as hawkers & wet market stalls.

SUMMARY:
You’ll be working with the Human Resource Team; where you will have the opportunity to contribute to the digitalisation and transformational effort of our company while gaining hands-on experience through participation in human resource projects.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Participate in the operationalisation of new HR Information System (HRIS) software modules; namely Employee Onboarding & Training Management
- Assist with recruitment and training application process
- Handle employees’ on and off boarding process
- Dive deep into understanding our workflows and process steps to establish the process map
- Assist in developing and implementing process improvement plan
- Opportunity to participate in human resource projects as part of process mapping
