OJJ Foods is one of the largest processors and distributors of chilled and frozen pork in Singapore. It supplies pork in bulk and consumer-friendly packs to major supermarkets under their house brands, established brand name restaurant chains as well as hawkers & wet market stalls.

SUMMARY:
You’ll be working with the Human Resource Team; where you will have the opportunity to contribute to the digitalisation and transformational effort of our company while gaining hands-on experience through participation in human resource projects.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Participate in the operationalisation of new HR Information System (HRIS) software modules; namely Employee Onboarding & Training Management
Assist with recruitment and training application process
Handle employees’ on and off boarding process
Dive deep into understanding our workflows and process steps to establish the process map
Assist in developing and implementing process improvement plan
Opportunity to participate in human resource projects as part of process mapping
