OJJ Foods is one of the largest processors and distributors of chilled and frozen pork in Singapore. It supplies pork in bulk and consumer-friendly packs to major supermarkets under their house brands, established brand name restaurant chains as well as hawkers & wet market stalls.

OJJ Foods operates out of a plant graded ‘A’ by Agri-Food & Veterinary Authority of Singapore.
SUMMARY:
The Candidate will work closely with building, electrical/refrigerant and machine lead/ engineers.
- Assist and replace:
He will work closely with the specialised leads and provide assistance in doing maintenance.
- Ensure safety:
He will ensure safety during hand on work on machines or building assets
- Ad-hoc work:
He will be able to assist to replace wheels, hoses for production requirements.
- Housekeeping:
He will assist the various leads in keeping and tracking of spare parts used.
Overall, the role of the technician is to assist the various lead engineers and to provide effective help in fulfilling OJJ production and cost saving objective.
He will also be able to provide manual labour assistance.
