Job Description
- Assist to prepare events orders, quotations and/or Performa invoices
- Track to ensure all payments made by clients are collected
- Answer sales inquiries and routing them to appropriate person-in-charge
- Ensure all regulatory requirements and licenses required are met
- Assist to make or coordinate on logistics arrangement as assigned
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Business Administration / Accounting or equivalent
- Highly organized and able to multi-task with ease and perform well under high levels of stress
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be flexible to accommodate irregular hours of duties
- Able to commit at least 3 months
