Job Description
- Assist end-to-end recruitment from job posting to interview and selection of candidates (blue collar workers) for two geographical locations
- Conduct informal session with staff to gather feedback and concerns, etc.
- Support Team Lead in streamlining certain HR processes to enhance efficiency
- Coordinate training sessions for staff
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Detail-oriented, well-organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
