Job Description
- Deliver and demonstrate watersports instruction with clarity.
- Assist in preparation, organization and delivery and running of activities both on and off the water.
- Be aware and ensure all policies, procedures, standards and guidelines are strictly adhered to.
- Ensure all equipment are well-kept and conduct regular checks for wear and tear or damage.
- Take personal responsibility for maintenance and repair of equipment.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guests' needs, questions, concerns.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.
Requirements:
- Certificate in Sports Management or equivalent
- Holds CPR + First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Good physical and stamina health
- Fun and energetic with positive attitude and customer oriented
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and takes initiatives
