Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily customer interactions through Emails, Direct Messages, WhatsApp and other digital platforms and marketplace.

  • Assist customers in selecting the best product based on their body type and lifestyle needs

  • Conduct follow-ups with customers post-purchase and maintain strong relationships with them

  • Encourage up-sells and cross-sells to drive incremental sales and achieve business goals

  • Manage order fulfilment, order picking & packing, tracking of inventory by liaising with fulfilment partner

  • Monitoring fulfilment partner performance, maintain constant communication and working relation with delivery providers

  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, exchanges or complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution

  • Assist in inventory management and replenishment of inventory for our E-commerce channels and Retail stores

  • Monitor and consolidate customer reviews from all digital platforms and marketplace

  • Help out at Retail stores if needed during busy period

  • Provide feedback and ideas to build a conducive, creative and inspiring work environment

  • Support Logistics & Customer Support executive in any ad hoc duties as required, such as organising events

Skills required

  • Exemplary interpersonal skills: Outgoing and approachable personality with effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience in responding to customer queries, seeking feedback from customers and conducting follow-ups with them

  • Excellent salesmanship with proven ability to achieve sales targets

  • Experience in vendor management

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office Excel (Good to have)

  • Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms (Good to have)

Qualifications 

  • Preferably you have 1-3 years of work experience in a similar field. However, we welcome fresh grads too (provided you have the necessary skill sets and passion for this job)!

  • Excellent time and project management: You will be working on multiple projects with tight deadlines. If you cannot handle a fast-paced environment, then this may not be the place for you

  • Not camera-shy: We love speaking to our customers directly on camera on social media!

  • Active listener: Listening actively to feedback from customers and teammates are of utmost importance
